Join us on Monday, April 20, 2026, at Nineteen on the Park, 19 Civic Avenue, from 6:00PM – 8:00PM to learn more about the ReZone & ReDesign: Zoning By-law Review and Town-wide Urban Design Guidelines project and the forthcoming discussion papers.
The discussion papers will explore key topics, including:
General Principles;
Rural and Agricultural Areas;
Commercial Areas;
Employment Areas;
Residential Areas;
Parking and Transportation;
Minor Variances and Exceptions;
Infill and Intensification in Neighbourhoods;
Mid- and High-Rise Buildings.
Two focused issue briefs will also be presented, addressing Driveways and Other Residential Issues, and Amenity Areas.
The discussion papers are underway and will be posted in advance of the event to the Document Library for review and presented as part of the session. The event will include an informal orientation presentation by the Project Team at 6:30pm, along with display boards highlighting progress and key findings to date. This is your opportunity to learn more about the project, ask questions, and share feedback.
