experience and engage in a variety of para-sports with your
friends and family!

Throughout this exciting day, we have many different activities to
explore, including Wheelchair Basketball, Para (Sledge) Hockey,
Sitting Volleyball & more! Special guests include some of Canada’s
top athletes from our National and Provincial Teams. We look
forward to welcoming you to this special event!

6 years + & families welcome! Children must be accompanied
by a parent/guardian while on site.

Flags at half-mast in memory of former lieutenant-governor David Onley Festivals and Events

Flags at Town facilities are being flown at half-mast to honour
the memory of former lieutenant-governor David Onley.
Appointed in 2007, he served for seven years advocating
for accessibility, literacy programs, and reconciliation education.
Onley was a champion of disability rights, breaking down barriers
and raising awareness before, during and after his term.
Our sincere condolences to his family and loved ones.
Flags will remain at half-mast until the funeral.

voices in a cool wet darkness showcases artwork by artist Matthew Trueman, who draws on his background in engineering and visual art to approach ecological concerns from a more-than-human perspective. Using kinetic sculpture, video, sound, and more, the artist touches on environmental themes and alternative timescales that reveal hidden ideas found within the landscape.

Matthew Trueman is an artist based in London, Ontario. He works primarily in sculpture, site-responsive installation and video exploring Western culture’s relationship wit hteh landscape through technology. This focus on technology was inspired by his MFA from Western University. His recent series of site-responsive installations, Instruments for Landscapes: Black Rocks, was the recipient of the 2019 Environmental Award at Ocean Alliance in Gloucester, Massachusetts. In 2018, his Instruments for Landscapes: Pine Grove was created during a residency at I Park Foundation in Connecticut. Matthew has had previous exhibitions at DNA Artspace, McMaster Museum of Art, Thames Art Gallery, Westland Gallery, Museum London for Nuit Blanche and Hear Here London. His photographic works have been published in So Long South Street by Huron and Erie Press.
